Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will directly implement aba services under supervision, collecting data on treatment plan goals while working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in various settings. Responsibilities also include addressing problem behaviors using positive techniques, assisting with caregiver support, and maintaining timely administrative tasks like submitting notes and timecards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance, with availability for afternoon and evening shifts totaling at least 15 hours. A minimum of 6 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred, and successful completion of background checks and medical screenings is mandatory for onboarding.
