Human Resources Generalist

This role coordinates daily human resources functions and operations, supporting, administering, and monitoring hr processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while advancing the university's mission. Key duties include assisting with employee relations, benefits administration, talent management, and clearly communicating policies to staff and faculty.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like human resources or business administration, along with a minimum of two years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
