Requirements summary
A minimum requirement is relevant experience working with youth, and an associate's degree in education or liberal arts is preferred, with teaching assistant certification required by the end of the first year. Candidates must also be able to perform physical tasks, including restraint techniques, and possess strong interpersonal and problem-Solving skills.
