Assistant Teacher

The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children, maintaining the learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group learning activities. A key focus is helping children develop independence, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning while building warm relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. A genuine love for working with young children is essential, and interest in the montessori approach is desired, though prior experience is not required.
