The assistant guide will support a mixed-Age montessori classroom by observing children, maintaining an orderly learning environment, and assisting with individualized and small-Group activities. Key duties include building respectful relationships with children and families while collaborating with lead guides to foster a strong classroom community.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 3–6 in a school or childcare setting and possess a positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. A genuine love for young children is essential, and while prior montessori experience is welcome, interest in learning the approach is sufficient.
