Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide will lead a mixed-Age toddler classroom in a montessori setting, preparing an orderly environment that supports independence and exploration. Responsibilities include observing children, providing individualized lessons in practical life and language, and building trusting relationships with children and families.

Candidates must have experience working with children aged 0-3 in a group care setting and possess required early childhood education or child development credits, along with a bachelor's degree in any field. Interest in pursuing fully sponsored montessori certification is also required.
