New Grad RN Resident - Pre & Post-Surgical General Surgery

New graduate registered nurses will participate in a year-Long residency program, providing direct nursing care, being guided by a success coach, and developing clinical judgment and complex nursing skills. Responsibilities include establishing patient care priorities, responding to patient health risks, seeking supervision when necessary, and documenting in medical records.

Candidates must be graduates from an accredited nursing school (Adn or bsn) and possess current or pending registered nurse licensure, along with basic life support certification. The role is targeted at new graduates or experienced rns transitioning into acute direct inpatient care with less than one year of current relevant experience.
