Instructional Assistant- Richmond/ Rodeo

Instructional assistants will support neuro-Diverse students in accessing curriculum and daily activities, assisting in the implementation of positive behavior support plans for children on their caseload. They must foster a safe environment, assess needs, provide intervention strategies for challenging behaviors, and maintain necessary documentation like daily intervention notes and abc data.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree or equivalent coursework, with a bachelor's degree preferred, alongside two years of relevant experience in special education, early intervention, or as an aba technician. Proficiency in english is required, along with the ability to pass pre-Employment checks, maintain required certifications (First aid/Cpr), and possess a valid california driver's license.
