Summer Youth Job Coach

The coach is responsible for the quality and completeness of electronic records, including timely documentation like progress notes and evaluations, while analyzing jobs and worksites to break them down into trainable steps. They will provide individual and/Or group job coaching at worksites and assist clients in developing skills to obtain and maintain employment.

A minimum of a high school diploma/Ged is required, though a bachelor's degree with teaching or related experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in computer use, including microsoft word, and possess a valid driver's license with acceptable records and proof of auto insurance.
