Summer Youth Job Coach (Non-Driver)

This role is responsible for the quality and completeness of electronic records, including timely documentation like progress notes and evaluations, while analyzing jobs and breaking them down into trainable steps for youth participants. The coach provides individual and/Or group job coaching at worksites, assists clients in developing employment opportunities, and ensures adherence to minor labor laws when working with minors.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree with teaching/Training experience is preferred. Candidates must be proficient and accurate in computer use, including microsoft word, and cpr/First aid certification is preferred.
