Workshop Facilitator

The workshop facilitator plans, delivers, and evaluates engaging workshops to equip transitional housing program residents with life skills, knowledge, and confidence for housing stability. Responsibilities include conducting daily and weekly workshops, providing coaching, facilitating group counseling, and designing content on topics like financial literacy and employment readiness.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, or a minimum of two years of experience in peer coaching serving justice-Involved, homeless, and low-Income populations is required, with lived experience in justice involvement being preferred. Candidates must possess knowledge of trauma-Informed practices, motivational interviewing, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in computer applications.
