In-Home BCBA

The bcba will conduct assessments, develop individualized, data-Driven treatment plans, and manage a small caseload of 6–7 clients primarily located in the west 820 loop & i-35w corridor. Responsibilities also include completing weekly in-Home visits, parent training, and providing remote and in-Home support and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts).

Candidates must possess active bcba certification and an lba license, along with a master’s degree in psychology, special education, behavioral health, or a related field. A clean background check and drug screen are mandatory, alongside a passion for high-Quality, ethical aba and family collaboration.
