Teachers are responsible for the daily care of children, following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while also developing skills in observation, assessment, and planning for children. They must implement the proprietary curriculum by creating fun, interactive learning experiences.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field. Applicants also need to meet state and center requirements regarding education and be capable of engaging in physical activity with children both indoors and outdoors.
