University of Oregon (UO) Engagement Associate at Oregon Hillel

The engagement associate will actively engage 300-400 students annually by building one-On-One relationships, developing and managing campus programs, and cultivating student leadership roles within hillel. This role involves meeting students where they are to connect them to jewish life and opportunities, including supervising student interns.

Candidates must possess 1-3 years of professional work experience and a bachelor's degree, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit willing to take risks and learn from outcomes. Essential qualities include confidence in running programs, comfort asking questions, and a belief in connecting every jewish student to jewish life.
