A bachelor's degree with certification in rehabilitation counseling or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred, alongside a minimum of two years of coaching or counseling experience related to employment program models. Candidates must also pass a criminal history background check, drug screening, and be able to obtain a government security clearance.
