Summer camp counselor - 2026

Counselors are responsible for working with assigned campers to foster safety, independence, exploration, and integration into the camp community through positive interactions. They must actively participate in the camp program, assist activity leaders, and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

The role requires demonstrating positive behavioral management techniques, communicating in an age-Appropriate manner, and reporting health or behavioral issues to senior staff. Additionally, staff must complete required documentation accurately and participate in all necessary trainings and meetings.
