Family Worker Specialist (Bilingual)

The family worker specialist manages a caseload of 32-34 families, providing daily case management services including needs assessment, goal setting, and referrals to community resources. Responsibilities also include maintaining strict confidentiality, tracking data, conducting enrollment, and assisting with program reporting and family engagement activities.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in social work, human development, early childhood, or a related field, along with an illinois gateways family specialist credential level 3-5. A minimum of two years of experience in social work, education, or child welfare is required, along with a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
