Advocate

The primary responsibilities involve initiating, organizing, planning, developing, and implementing direct advocacy services for assigned participants and their families using a strength-Based, wrap-Around model approach. This hourly, part-Time position serves youth and families throughout jefferson county.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate experience in community work, knowledge of community resources, and experience working with at-Risk youth. Strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance are also required.
