Success Coach

This role involves providing one-On-One support services to individuals aged 16-24, including assessing needs, identifying barriers, developing service strategies, and coordinating services to help them secure living wage jobs with advancement opportunities. Key duties include overseeing peer mentors, maintaining the digital platform, acting as a liaison with various agencies, and developing community partnerships for educational and career opportunities.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in a related field and have one year of experience working with individuals aged 16-24, with previous supervisory experience preferred. Essential skills include strong commitment to confidentiality, proficiency in microsoft office suite, understanding of youth challenges, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a high-Pressure environment.
