The career coach will develop and execute outreach and recruitment activities for the national farmworker jobs program, conducting participant interviews to determine eligibility and provide necessary emergency assistance. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, creating employment development plans, coordinating training, and maintaining detailed documentation in the program's data system.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or two years of post-Secondary education in a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred, alongside at least two years of case management experience. Fluency in both english and spanish is required, along with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
