Career Coach - National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP)

The career coach will develop and execute outreach and recruitment activities for the national farmworker jobs program, conducting participant interviews to determine eligibility and provide necessary emergency assistance. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, creating employment development plans, coordinating training, and maintaining detailed case files and compliance documentation.

Candidates must possess an associate degree or two years of post-Secondary education in a related field, with a bachelor's degree preferred, along with at least two years of case management experience. The role requires the ability to communicate in both english and spanish, and candidates must have a car, valid driver's license, and adequate insurance for travel.
