Health Services Worker -Spring Lake, Wisconsin ($16.97/HR)

This role involves participating in case reviews to determine children's health needs, coordinating necessary medical services like physicals and immunizations, and addressing immediate health concerns following established procedures. The worker is also responsible for implementing health, nutrition, and disability programs, monitoring compliance, and ensuring proper documentation and reporting for all health-Related activities.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged, and possess a certified nursing assistant (Cna), certified medical assistant, or national head start basic health services credential. Required qualifications also include proficiency in microsoft office, good communication skills, and current certifications in first aid, infant/Child cpr, adult cpr, and aed.
