Home Visitor - Healthy Start

The home visitor meets with expectant parents and families with young children to provide strength-Based, family-Centered services, comprehensive assessment, and education, while developing trusting relationships to help parents navigate the parenting journey. Responsibilities include completing assessments, assisting families in expanding support systems and accessing community resources, and supporting families who have experienced trauma or related issues.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree in a human services field (Bachelor's degree preferred) and have one year of experience working with families with children under the age of 5. A valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle are also required for this role.
