RN, Professional Development Nurse (Nurse Educator) | Ambulatory

The nurse educator will fulfill a full-Time salaried role focused on evaluating nursing practice, assessing practice gaps, and identifying learning needs within ambulatory care departments. This role also involves participation in process improvement projects at both the local and system levels, primarily serving cardiology clinics.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing and must obtain a master's degree within five years of hire. A minimum of three to four years of rn experience is required, with ambulatory care rn experience being preferred, along with active rn licensure in wisconsin.
