Summer Day Camp Support Counselor

The summer day camp support counselor will be paired one-On-One with an elementary student to guide them through daily camp activities, including transitions, enrichment, play, field trips, and meals. Responsibilities also involve facilitating engaging group activities, building relationships with families, ensuring participant safety, and maintaining behavior expectations using positive guidance.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, or at least 16 with additional training provided. Cpr certification is required within three months of hire, and experience or courses in child development are preferred, along with reliability and clear communication skills.
