A wide variety of opportunities – from general to specialized care - are offered through an orientation customized for you. Dedicated preceptors and mentors encourage your transition of knowledge and skill from books to bedside, and offer ongoing social and emotional support.

• Program provides: Direct placement as a staff nurse to the unit and shift of your choice (based on availability) or the undecided track. Customized orientation. Blended learning and multidisciplinary simulations to enhance critical thinking. Ongoing professional development and support for 12 months. Peer group & mentor support. Growth within the professional practice of nursing.

• QualificationsMinimum
• Education/Experience
• Required: Current licensure in the State of Ohio or if working in WV will need WV Licensure as a Registered Nurse required. BLS required upon hire. ACLS within 1 year of employment required.

• Training: Verbal, clerical, numerical, and manual dexterity, color vision and near visual acuity, proper lifting techniques and body mechanics.
