Paraprofessional

This role involves closely supporting children aged 3-5 who require extra care, including physical support such as toileting, feeding, and lifting, while fostering positive interpersonal relationships with them. The paraprofessional will also assist early childhood teachers with instruction, supervision, maintaining a safe classroom, and implementing individualized programming.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great attention to detail, teamwork, and patience. Experience working with children, preferably in a para role, and knowledge of conscious discipline are preferred, alongside the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet 80% of the time.
