Educare Teacher - Sub

This role involves supervising children, ensuring their safety and well-Being while supporting their emotional, mental, and knowledge growth through developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum implementation. The teacher will also be responsible for training and mentoring other employees, maintaining clear communication with families, and overseeing classroom records and environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet minnesota rule 3 guidelines for the teacher category, requiring three or more years of experience in early childhood education along with leadership skills. Required certifications include cpr and first aid, and candidates must pass a background check, work physical, and drug test.
