Assistant Teacher - Therapeutic Classroom

The assistant teacher supports classroom teachers by monitoring the wellbeing and safety of children aged 3-5, contributing to their emotional, mental, and knowledge growth. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, supervising children, and maintaining positive communication with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet mn rule 3 guidelines for assistant teachers, including a minimum of one year of experience in an early childhood classroom. Required qualifications also include cpr/First aid certification, passing a background check, physical, and drug test.
