Graduate Assistant for Restorative Practices and Community Engagement

The graduate assistant will foster and implement restorative philosophy within the department of resident life by designing and facilitating restorative circles, co-Leading trainings, and conducting consultations under the supervision of the assistant director for restorative practices. This role also involves supervising student staff, supporting the creation of the restorative practices roadmap, and handling various administrative tasks related to restorative processes.

Applicants must be a registered graduate student in good standing, enrolled in a degree program at the university of maryland, and making satisfactory progress toward that degree. Experience in restorative practices, restorative justice, facilitation, or dialogue is strongly preferred, along with a commitment to equity and inclusion.
