Early Childhood Education Apprentice

• The Opportunity We are conducting a search for exceptional candidates to join our Apprenticeship Program where we train the next generation of early childhood educators, assistants, and Montessori guides.
• Through a combination of college-level coursework and paid on-the-job observation and practice, program participants are mentored to develop skills and experience to launch a rewarding career.
• Through your efforts, in tandem with a lead teacher, children fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori.
• We prefer local candidates with strong appreciation for, and understanding of, Hawaiian language, culture, history, and traditions.
• Experience teaching in Montessori schools or training in the Montessori method is not required; training will be provided.
• Successful candidates are eligible for relocation, housing, and travel benefits.
