Early Childhood Education Apprentice

Participants will be mentored to develop skills and experience through college-Level coursework and paid on-The-Job observation and practice to launch a career as an early childhood educator or montessori guide. In collaboration with a lead teacher, efforts will focus on helping children fulfill their developmental potential using authentic montessori methods.

Candidates must be warm, joyful, and peaceful, and have experience working with children aged 18 months to 6 years old, holding a high school diploma and us citizenship or green card status. Preference may be given to those born and raised on lāna'i or who possess a college degree and interesting life experiences.
