Early Childhood Educator

The role involves leading childcare efforts by promoting fun and stimulating programming within a pediatric skilled nursing facility, providing direct client care, and assisting with activities of daily living to promote the child's independence. Caregivers must encourage engagement in developmentally appropriate activities and collaborate in planning the daily schedule under nursing staff supervision.

Candidates must possess the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, along with basic personal computer skills for learning electronic charting systems. Childcare and/Or healthcare experience is preferred, and a current negative tuberculosis test (Ppd) and current cpr (Basic life support) certification are required.
