School Age Teacher

The childcare teacher leads engaging childcare efforts by promoting fun and stimulating programming within a pediatric skilled nursing facility, providing direct client care and assistance with activities of daily living. This role involves encouraging developmentally appropriate activities and collaborating in the planning of a daily schedule under nursing staff supervision.

Candidates must possess the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, along with basic personal computer skills for learning electronic charting systems. Preferred qualifications include prior childcare and/Or healthcare experience, and required certifications are a current negative tuberculosis test and current cpr (Basic life support).
