Speech Therapist (ST) Home Health - Full Time or Part Time

The speech therapist will assess patients’ speech and communication needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical records.

Candidates must have a current ot license to practice in california and at least one year of experience in home health or hospice care. A current ca driver’s license and the ability to travel within a 10-15 mile radius are also required.
