Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health - Full Time / Part Time

The occupational therapist (Ot) will provide, coordinate, and oversee skilled intermittent care to patients in their homes, including evaluating and re-Evaluating patient status. They will also develop and implement care plans while maintaining accurate clinical records.

Candidates must have a current ot license to practice in california and at least one year of experience in home health or hospice care. A valid ca driver's license and the ability to travel within a 15-25 mile radius are also required.
