Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health - Full Time or Part Time

The occupational therapist (Ot) will evaluate patients' health, create and implement care plans, and track their progress. They will also provide education to patients and caregivers and maintain accurate clinical records.

Candidates must have a current ot license to practice in california and at least one year of experience in home health or hospice care. A current ca driver's license and the ability to travel within a 15-25 mile radius are also required.
