Physician or MD (Grand Rapids, MI) – Youth Residential Program

The physician will deliver comprehensive on-Site primary care services to enrolled students, including initial medical evaluations, routine physicals, and ordering necessary entry laboratory studies. Key duties also involve administering immunizations, assessing acute and chronic conditions, managing prescriptions, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary staff.

Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted physician license in michigan, along with current dea registration and cpr/Aed certification. Experience providing primary care in adolescent health, family medicine, or community health settings is preferred.
