Youth Support Partner

Youth support partners actively engage children and youth in safe, fun activities within their home or community settings, facilitating a trauma-Informed environment and collaborating with families and staff. Responsibilities include supervising members, assisting with life skills programming, intervening as needed for safety, and documenting all activities and progress towards established goals.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or ged and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Essential requirements include having a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, the ability to travel up to 50%, and obtaining a level-One fingerprint clearance.
