Teacher

The teacher is responsible for developing engaging lesson plans aligned with state and common core standards, utilizing technology creatively to actively involve students in learning real-World problem-Solving skills. General duties include adhering to the academy's mission, maintaining accurate student records, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with colleagues and parents.

Candidates must possess a minimum bachelor's degree and hold the appropriate teaching certification or licensure, meeting the nclb highly qualified definition. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, knowledge of web resources and technology tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
