Assistant Teacher- PART TIME- 3:00-6:30 PM ONLY

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher by implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and actively engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities also include preparing classroom materials, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting with communication to families.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred, along with previous experience working with young children in a licensed setting. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, the ability to work productively without supervision, basic child development understanding, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
