Lead Teacher Toddler- 7:30-4:30 AM & 8:30-5:30 PM

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum, managing the classroom environment, and maintaining positive communication with families. Key duties also involve supervising children for health and safety, participating in professional development, and documenting learning progress.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a child development associate (Cda) are preferred. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in a licensed childcare setting and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
