Group Facilitator

The group facilitator leads daily therapeutic groups within the partial hospital program, ensuring adherence to professional standards and providing person-Centered care. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, assisting with discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for degrees in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, along with preferred mental health experience. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks, work within a team, uphold ethical standards, and effectively guide therapeutic groups.
