New Grad RN Summer 2026 St. Anthony OR Surgery

Registered nurses will assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/Family to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Nurses will promote optimal patient health, well-Being, and safety by utilizing the nursing process in accordance with standards and the state nurse practice act.

Candidates must have an associates degree in nursing (Or nursing diploma) and a current rn license, with a bachelor of science in nursing being preferred. While one year of experience is preferred, the program is designed for new graduates, and candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of medium work.
