Interns will support all aspects of planning and implementing the 2026 irc newcomer youth summer academy, which includes tasks like student recruitment, curriculum development, teaching, and monitoring and evaluation. Responsibilities also involve conducting home visits for family enrollment, soliciting donations, and developing/Implementing teaching content based on academic standards.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have access to a personal vehicle and be available to work at least 30 hours per week from june 9 to approximately august 22, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week, including three full-Time days. Experience in education or youth development, such as facilitating camps or tutoring, is required, and experience with refugee and immigrant youth is desired.
