Assistant Teacher

Assistant teachers must ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and company standards, while maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom environment. They are also responsible for developing skills in accurately observing, assessing, and planning for children, and effectively communicating with families.

Candidates must be energetic and dependable individuals passionate about working with children and capable of meeting state and/Or accreditation requirements for education and experience. This role requires the physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors and actively engage with children.
