Core responsibilities
The graduate medical education coordinator collaborates with the program director to ensure the gme program meets all accreditation requirements, including organizing and maintaining necessary files for acgme and other bodies. This role also involves organizing and scheduling all program-Related activities, managing trainee applications, and coordinating onboarding processes with the gme office.
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, along with strong attributes such as attention to detail, high organization, critical thinking, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should ideally have two years of general office experience and one year of experience working with medical student rotations.
