Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The role involves conducting assessments and developing/Implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities also include providing direct therapy, family support, and supervising registered behavior technicians (Bts/Rbts).

Candidates must possess bcba or bcaba certification and a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field, along with experience working with children with developmental disabilities. Essential soft skills include strong clinical communication, empathy, patience, and reliable transportation are also required.
