Core responsibilities
The overnight behavior specialist will provide supervision and behavioral support to youth aged 4–14 while maintaining a safe and structured environment. Responsibilities also include supporting youth in developing coping and life skills, documenting progress, and responding effectively during crisis situations.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 19 years old, with a valid driver's license required for the role. Applicants must be able to work evening and weekend shifts and safely lift up to 70 pounds for physical intervention when necessary.
