Mental Health School Support (Helena & East Helena)

The role involves participating in the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic environment based on each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy. Responsibilities include providing quality care and treatment to children, responding sensitively to their individual needs, and supporting classroom teachers with lessons and transitions.

Candidates typically acquire necessary skills through two years of related experience, such as in paraprofessional, childcare, head start, or respite care. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor's degree in social science or a related field, being 19 years or older, and possessing a valid montana driver's license.
