After School Buddy for Individuals with Disabilities

The role involves acting as a companion/Buddy to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities maintain independence by supporting them in their favorite hobbies and activities. Responsibilities include fostering long-Lasting relationships, supporting goal achievement (Like budgeting and socializing), ensuring client safety, and treating individuals with dignity and respect.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a strong passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and/Or developmental disabilities. Essential personal attributes include patience, empathy, and dedication to the role.
